Exchange, Returns & Refunds
Exchange Policy:

Non-Returnable: All products are non-returnable. However, we do offer exchanges if you encounter fit issues. If the size isn’t right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

Damages and Defects: Exchanges are also applicable if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any issues arise so that we can make it right.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

To request an exchange, please visit your My Account page and raise a request for exchange. This option will only be available to you if the product was delivered in the past-7 days.

Refund Policy:

No Refunds Post-Delivery: Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered and payment has been processed.

Wrong Orders: Refunds are only considered if you have placed the wrong order before the product is shipped. After shipping, only exchanges are possible under the conditions outlined above.

Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable on sale items, or purchases made using gift cards or discounts.
Cancellation Policy:
- Case-by-Case Basis: Order cancellations are handled on a need-to-need basis. We will validate each request to ensure the option is not being misused for placing and cancelling orders at whim.
